What happens after the 45-day trial?
You choose a paid plan to continue. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused and your data is retained for 90 days so you can resume anytime. We'll send a reminder before your trial ends.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing saves approximately 15% compared to paying month-to-month. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for the year. Monthly plans are charged each calendar month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes — upgrade anytime. We prorate the difference so you only pay for what you use. No penalties and no need to wait for renewal.
What is the Custom Branding add-on?
For NZ$9/mo you can white-label the entire platform with your organisation's logo, colours, and name. Your staff will see your branding throughout the training portal, emails, and reports — not SecureAZ's.
